| The BAX 250 is designed to heat and apply Crafco Flexible Marker Adhesive. The Crafco Marker Adhesive System includes both the Marker Adhesive and the Melter. This unit will heat 250 pounds of material to temperatures of 450°F, 125 pounds within on hour after startup. The unit is preset to volumetrically control shots at a dispensing rate of 20 shots per minute of four ounces each for high production. The digitally controlled BAX 250 features a flexible heated hose with a hand held wand. A 75,000 BTU/HR propane burner supplies the heat to the welded steel tank. The BAX is skid mounted for versatility. | |
