| The Crafco Spray Injection Patching System cleans the distressed pavement, applies an emulsion tack coat, coats the aggregate, applies the mixture, and compacts the mixture in one continuous operation. All controls are at the operators finger tips, making this one man operation fast, effective and economical. The system operation is based on high air velocity which provides the cleaning, tacking and filling. This type of repair provides high material compaction and density, resulting in a strong superior repair for exceptional durability. | |

The Magnum will place over seven tons per
hour. The aggregate material for the trailer mounted Magnum is supplied
from a dump truck that is equipped with a live tailgate, which provides
a uniform material supply for uninterrupted production. A counterbalance
folding boom sweeps a 360° arc that extends eighteen feet from the back
of the unit covering an unprecedented 1,275 square feet work area. All
controls are positioned at the operators' fingertips giving the
operators complete control. The Magnum Spray Injection Patcher features
a "maintenance free" emulsion feed line and a machined aluminum
application nozzle, which contains an internal pressurized spray ring

Crafco Emulsion Storage Tanks conveniently store emulsions on site for immediate use at truck load prices. They are available in 2,3,4,5,6,8, and 10 thousand gallon sizes. The Emulsion tank has 3 insulation with a 10-gauge steel secondary containment shell featuring an electric top-mount mixer. Options include an electric timer, mechanical float gauge, and an access ladder with cage. |
